4. Text Messaging

By submitting a form or texting a keyword, you consent to receive text messages from us and/or the business you contacted. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Information Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Lead information you submit on a client landing page is shared with the local business operating that page. Beyond that, we share information only with the sub-processors listed below, under contractual data-protection obligations, and with law enforcement when legally required.

Current sub-processors:

  • Vercel, Inc. (United States) — application hosting and request processing for rocketradiosales.com. Privacy policy.
  • Supabase, Inc. — Postgres database, authentication, file storage, and encrypted credential storage. Privacy policy.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States) — AI inference for content generation (proposals, copy, follow-ups). Inputs may include names, business details, and other fields you have provided. See our AI Usage Policy for full detail. Privacy policy.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) — secondary AI inference provider used as a fallback when our primary provider is unavailable. Privacy policy.
  • xAI Corp. (United States) — tertiary AI inference provider used as a fallback. Privacy policy.
  • Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing for paid plans. Privacy policy.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (United States) — receives Pixel and Conversions API events from our marketing pages and client landing pages, and (with permission) processes Facebook Login and ad-management API calls. See Section 10 and Meta's Data Policy.
  • Email and SMS delivery providers — transactional message routing for opt-in confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups you have requested.

We may also share information with law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights. We review every such request for legality, challenge requests we consider unlawful, and disclose only the minimum information necessary.

6. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

Our marketing pages and client landing pages use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences for Facebook and Instagram. Events sent to Meta include page views, form submissions, and conversion events. Where you have provided your email address, we may send a SHA-256 hashed copy of it to Meta for advertising-match purposes; we never send your raw email through these channels.

You can opt out of personalized ads through Meta's Ad Preferences, a browser ad-blocker, or by enabling “Limited Data Use” in your Meta account where available.

We may also use first-party analytics to measure campaign performance. We do not sell tracking data to third parties.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of your inquiry and to support campaign reporting. Typically, lead data is retained for 12 months after the associated campaign ends. Meta-sourced data (see Section 10) is retained only while your account is active or while a business client has connected your ad account, plus up to 30 days for backup purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
  • Opt out of email communications by clicking “unsubscribe”
  • Opt out of personalized ads (see Section 6)

California residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information below.

10. Facebook & Meta Data

If you sign in to Rocket Radio Sales with Facebook or grant our app (“Rocket Content Studio,” Meta App ID 4303722333181739) permission to manage ads on your behalf, we receive: your Meta user ID, name, email address, profile picture URL, and a Meta access token scoped to the permissions you granted. If you grant ad-management permissions, the token allows us to read or create campaigns inside ad accounts you explicitly select. We never access ad accounts you have not explicitly granted us, and we do not access your friends list, messages, timeline posts, or any Pages you have not selected.

We use Meta-sourced data for: account creation and login, displaying your name and profile picture inside the app, and (with your permission) reading and creating ad campaigns on your behalf at the request of you or your sales rep.

To revoke our access from Meta's side:

Open Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find “Rocket Content Studio,” and click Remove. This severs Meta's data flow to us going forward. (Direct link: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications.)

To delete Meta-sourced data we already hold:

Email privacy@rocketradiosales.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request” and the email address or Meta user ID associated with your account. We will delete all Meta-sourced personal data within 30 days and reply with confirmation. You can also visit rocketradiosales.com/account/delete-data for the self-service form.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

12. International Data Transfers

Our sub-processors are primarily located in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. Where required by applicable law (for example, the EU GDPR or UK GDPR), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our sub-processors.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
